At RMCF's September 13 meeting, Dr. John Morris, President of the Institute of Creation Research presented a seminar on the obvious reasons the flood of Genesis had to be global and scientific findings related to its occurrence.
Dr. Morris, perhaps best known for leading expeditions to Mt. Ararat in search of Noah's Ark, received his Doctorate in Geological Engineering at the University of Oklahoma in 1980.He taught on the University of Oklahoma faculty before joining the ICR in 1984, serving as Professor of Geology before being appointed President in 1996. He travels widely speaking at churches, conferences, and scientific meetings. Dr. Morris has written numerous books and articles on the scientific evidence that supports the Bible, including The Young Earth, The Fossil Record, and The Global Flood. It is indeed a privilege to have Dr. Morris Come to Denver to speak to us.
