John N. Johnson, has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics. He has retired from Boeing Company after 31 years in aerospace mathematics. He has also taught academic classes for over 30 years supporting creation science (e.g. biomimicry: animal design technology), and Bible reliability via logic and Biblical archaeology.

He has debated many evolutionists and Bible skeptics. He is President of the Creation Association of Puget Sound (http://caps.nwcreation.net), He is an Elder at the Avondale Bible Church. He is member of Sigma Xi, and SIAM academic societies.

Genesis and Science Support Programmed Filling, Not Natural Selection

We will learn about an important and liberating new way of looking at organisms and their environment: "Programmed Filling" - a Biblically consistent and scientifically superior paradigm that explains exactly what happens at the organism-environment interface. Three points of departure mark the old and new understanding: 

1) natural selection exists only as a misleading mental construct; 
2) usage that acknowledges it in any way greatly dishonors the Lord; 
3) programmed filling - a God-ordained, organism-centered, purpose-driven mechanism - is reality. 

By recognizing the explanatory power of programmed filling, believers will actually have a communicable and scientifically accurate pushback to natural selection that is just as enlightening and easy to understand.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Randy Guliuzza is a captivating speaker who presents well-documented and often humorous scientific and biblical talks to audiences of all ages. He has represented Institute of Creation Research in several scientific debates at secular universities and in other forums. Dr. Guliuzza has a B.S. in Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, a B.A. in theology from Moody Bible Institute, an M.D. from the University of Minnesota , and a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University . Dr. Guliuzza served nine years in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and is a registered Professional Engineer. In 2008, he retired as Lt. Col. from the U.S. Air Force, where he served as Flight Surgeon and Chief of Aerospace Medicine. He is the author of Made in His Image: Examining the complexities of the human body.
